Job summary

AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGIES (ATI) INC in the Philippines is seeking a cybersecurity support specialist to implement and deploy IT security products, provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers, and develop technical documentation.

The role requires 1 year of network, systems and cybersecurity experience, a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering, and relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Security+, ISC2).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of Network, Systems and Cybersecurity experience.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, implement, and install IT security products; develop and maintain technical documentation; and provide Level 1 operational and technical support.
• Provide customer guidance and other security protection policies during support and service.
• Responsible for Cybersecurity service calls.
• Participate in cybersecurity seminars, product enablement and trainings
• Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.

Work on project implementations involving cybersecurity tools andsolutions andprovide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers on issues related to security products.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deploy, implement, and install IT security products; develop and maintain technical documentation; and provide Level 1 (L1) operational and technical support.




• Provide customer guidance and other security protection policies during support and service.




• Responsible for Cybersecurity service calls.

• Participate in cybersecurity seminars, product enablement and trainings




• Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or any related field.

Experience:

At least 1 year of Network, Systems and Cybersecurity experience.

Certification/s(Preferred but not Required):

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

• CompTIA Security+

• ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity

Knowledge and Skills:

• Hands-on experience in deploying, managing, and supporting on ANY of the following iBoss, Checkpoint Harmony, Cloudflare, Qualys, ManageEngine Solutions, Beyond Trust, Clarity and Thales.




• Must be proficient with network security protocols and tools.
