Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines in Manila is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive the ViDA programme—translating regulatory and business needs into actionable plans and practical solutions. You will coordinate across Finance, Tax, Technology, Procurement, and local ING entities to support a bank-wide e-invoicing and e-reporting rollout.

You will lead business analysis, ensure data quality and compliance, and align stakeholders to deliver results within a global transformation context.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar in a large organization.
• Experience with e-invoicing, e-reporting, or regulatory transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions and clear docs.
• Experience with Finance, Tax, Procurement, ERP, Billing, or regulatory change programs.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory, tax, business and tech requirements into clear implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Technology, Procurement, Wholesale and Retail Banking and local ING entities.
• Drive business analysis, process improvements, stakeholder alignment, and implementation planning.
• Ensure compliance, data quality, and operational readiness.
