ING is shaping the future of digital invoicing. We seek a Senior Business Analyst to translate regulatory, tax, business, and technology requirements into actionable plans for a global e-invoicing and e-reporting capability.

You will collaborate with Finance, Tax, Technology, and Procurement across ING entities to support a high-visibility transformation. You will drive business analysis, process improvements, and implementation planning while ensuring compliance, data quality, and operational

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within a complex organization.
• Experience with e-invoicing, e-reporting, or regulatory transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation.
• Experience with Finance, Tax, Procurement, ERP systems, Billing, or regulatory change programs.
• Knowledge of compliance-driven transformation, data quality, and operational controls.
• Experience facilitating workshops and driving stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive mindset with ability to challenge assumptions and drive results.
