You will coordinate coverage, monitor performance, and champion standardized tools and best practices while maintaining confidentiality and high service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Associate.
• Experience in a supervisory or mentoring capacity is preferred.
• Experience in a Center of Excellence or shared services setting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate task allocations and service coverage for the EA team.
• Monitor team performance against key metrics and ensure standards.
• Onboard and mentor new/existing EAs; support peak times.
• Provide high-level executive support during absences.
• Ensure confidentiality and professional service quality across outputs.
