Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Associate.
• Experience in supervisory or mentoring capacity is preferred.
• Experience in a Center of Excellence or shared services setting is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily task allocations and service coverage across the EA team.
• Monitor performance against metrics and ensure service standards.
• Onboard new EAs and support buddy systems and knowledge sharing.
• Provide high-level executive support during peak times or EA absence.
• Mentor new Executive Assistants and coach peers on tools and etiquette.
