Job summary

Metrojet Limited is seeking a seasoned Manager, Planning to lead the maintenance planning team for line and base activities, develop MSO estimates, and build work packs in line with regulatory standards.

The role requires 15+ years in aviation planning, strong budgeting, and expertise with maintenance tracking and MRO systems. You will produce dashboards and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to optimize workload and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• FAA - A&P license preferred but not required.
• 15+ years in Aviation, preferably in planning within business/private aviation.
• Liaison with CAAP, FAA, EASA or other aviation agents.
• Experience interpreting SBs, ADs and mandatory requirements.
• Supervisory experience and vendor interaction.
• Experience with Maintenance Tracking System and MRO operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning team for line and base maintenance work packages.
• Prepare MSO estimates and ensure alignment with governing authorities.
• Develop performance dashboards to support business objectives.
• Coordinate budget, identify cost savings and ensure procedures follow budget.
• Provide regular reports on workload and progress to management.
• Ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.
• Arrange pre-scheduled maintenance activity and third-party services.
• Mentor reportees and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
