Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI APIs, and approved enterprise data sources.

Responsibilities

Own complex automation, reporting, integration, and app initiatives from problem definition through implementation and support.
Apply advanced platform knowledge across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and APIs to solve problems.
Coordinate production issue resolution and maintain stakeholder communications.
Follow governance, security, and production controls throughout solution delivery.
Lead organizational improvements and translate business needs into feasible technical approaches.
Coach colleagues and develop reusable patterns, standards, and documentation.
