Job summary

Manulife seeks a Senior Software Technical Analyst to lead and mentor a CDT Automation and Robotics team. You will set up frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure cohesive development and successful deployment across the organization.

You will guide junior analysts, tackle advanced development tasks, and provide training, documentation, and support to maintain high service levels for end users and business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology.
• Experience with leading or mentoring teams of software analysts.
• Ability to learn complex applications and data.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver software solutions across multiple businesses and teams.
• Develop best practices for application development tools.
• Support training on standards and frameworks for agile teams.
• Analyze processes and design solutions, architecture and logic.
• Create documentation per company standards and SOPs.
• Debug and break-fix issues in software solutions.
• Contribute to professional services knowledge base and document engagements.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
