Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Specialist with a strong background in automotive mechanics to drive sales growth through technical expertise and consultative solutions. The role involves technical leadership, sales execution, and field support across multiple sites.

The position targets seasoned auto mechanics who can translate hands-on knowledge into client engagement, product demonstrations, and strategic sales activities.

Qualifications

• Specialization in auto mechanics, including vehicle and truck repairs.
• Experience in electrical systems and automotive air-conditioning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset to influence purchasing decisions.
• 10 years of mechanical experience with at least 2 years in supervisory, managerial, or trainer role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, workshops, fleet operators, and key accounts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, with commission opportunities tied to performance.
• Provide expert technical advice related to vehicle repairs, electrical systems, air-conditioning, trucks, and automotive diagnostics.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical briefings, and solution presentations to customers.
• Prepare technical inputs for quotations, proposals, and service recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from sales to service delivery.
• Provide after-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
