Aprio, a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm, is seeking an Audit Senior Associate to join its Assurance Team. Based in Makati, Philippines, the role involves performing audits, preparing work papers, and communicating financial information effectively. The firm emphasizes growth opportunities, a collaborative culture, and exposure to U.S.

GAAP practices. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Accounting and at least 3 years of audit experience, with solid Excel and CaseWare skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3 years - up of audit experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working experience for an Accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS and relevant accounting and auditing literature.
• Familiarity with accounting and auditing software, such as CaseWare, or similar applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to apply Excel skills in audit and financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with employees at different levels.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the accurate information needed to effectively manage successful business relationship
• Accurately and skillfully performing audits
• Preparing audit work papers and adjusting trial balances
• Utilizing time management to plan and schedule client engagements
• Assembling trial balances and compiling financial statements into a written report to be presented
• Effectively communicating the accuracy of financial statements and other financial information to clients and co-workers
• Continuously fostering relationships with coworkers and clients
• Traveling to some client sites
