Job summary

Clear Secured Services Limited is seeking an operations professional responsible for withdrawal and loading activities, cash handling, and FLM issue resolution to ensure SLA fulfillment. You will prepare DRP, collect cash per bank denominations, and document all transactions in Android and CBS systems.

The role requires a 12th pass and 2+ years in a similar role, with an undergraduate/bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 12th pass or higher required.
• Total experience of 2+ years in a similar role.
• Undergraduate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily Route Plan (DRP) for withdrawal and loading in consultation with Route Leader.
• Pick-up cash based on bank indent and denomination.
• Prepare cash receipt and obtain Route Leader approval.
• Complete allocated site visits for loading or EOD daily.
• Resolve FLM issues within TAT.
• Enter all required entries on Android device timely and accurately (withdrawal, loading, EOD, FLM).
• Submit counter entry in CBS and inform Route Leader.
• Submit returns to vault when loading cannot occur.
• Prepare CBR when mandated by SLA and submit to Route Leader.
