Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Associate – Transaction Diligence in Taguig to drive financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. You will partner with the Strategy and Transactions team to deliver detailed analyses, identify risks and value drivers, and help clients navigate complex deal processes.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and work within EY’s collaborative, high-performance culture across a global network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial due diligence.
• Professional accounting/finance qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence for M&A transactions across a variety of sectors.
• Analyze financial statements and business trends to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports that highlight key findings and provide value-added insights to clients.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate findings with other aspects of the transaction process.
• Mentor junior staff and foster career growth.
• Engage directly with clients and deliver exceptional service.
• Support business development, including market research and proposal development.
