Job summary

V2 Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate to lead ServiceNow implementations, focusing on ITSM workspaces and integration work. You will design catalog items, scripts, and workflows, and collaborate with clients to deliver scalable solutions.

You will build SRIs, publish KB articles, and document guidelines for API consumption and integration standards. Strong knowledge of script includes, client scripts, business rules, and Flow Designer is required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and ITSM modules.
• Experience with REST API integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement ITSM workspaces and create/manage SRIs.
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles.
• Develop and document integration artifacts, diagrams, and test scripts.
• Configure notifications, inbound/outbound integrations, and 3rd party API connections.
• Work with Flow Designer and scripting to automate processes.
