Job summary

EY GDS FS Risk Consulting Senior Manager / Associate Director in Manila, Philippines, is a client-facing leadership role within a rapidly growing financial services practice. You will build executive-level relationships, shape solutions across FS risk and enterprise risk management, and drive multi-disciplinary engagements with global teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years in a professional firm, consulting or related industry (Financial Services).
• Strong academic history in business, accounting, engineering or similar.
• Professional risk certifications (CIA, CISA, CISSP, CFA, etc.).
• Experience with financial services including banking, insurance, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead market leadership and client management with executive-level stakeholders.
• Partner with onshore teams to understand client business and industry trends for global clients.
• Participate in go-to-market activities, proposals, and responses to RFPs.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with other service lines.
• Drive business development and resource mobilization for engagements.
• Build strong client relationships and expand EY risk consulting competencies.
