EY GDS Consulting in the Philippines seeks a seasoned cybersecurity delivery leader to guide a 300+ professional team and drive end-to-end cyber transformation across CRCR, CTMDR, DIPAM, DPP, and CAOE. Position Summary

This role will be accountable to lead our cybersecurity delivery teams in the Philippines with a focus on the Americas region. This position will be an experienced Executive in Cybersecurity with the intent to collaborate with clients in incubating new ideas and partnering with them on their business transformation journey and will lead a growing team of 300+ professionals in the Philippines.

Establish a GDS Cybersecurity Delivery Leader role to drive integrated delivery across Compliance, Risk & Resilience (CRCR), Cyber threat Management, Detection and Response (CTMDR), Digital Identity and Privilege Access Management (DIPAM), Data Privacy and Protection (DPP), and Cybersecurity Architecture, OT and Engineering (CAOE), enabling EY to scale an innovation-enabled, consulting-led cyber delivery model.

The role is intended to address the increasing demand for end-to-end cyber transformation and operate services, where clients expect integrated delivery across risk, identity, data protection, architecture, and threat operations.

Essential Functions of the job

• Leading end-to-end delivery across CRCR, CTMDR, DIPAM, DPP, and CAOE competencies
• Driving convergence of large scale “build + transform + operate” engagements into scalable delivery models specifically in the Americas region.
• Owning delivery performance across large managed services and transformation programs (quality, margin, utilization)
• Embedding platform-led delivery (automation, AI-enabled operations, integrated toolchains) across competencies
• Scaling global delivery footprint aligned to super-region demand
• Partnering with SLs and accounts to transition consulting engagements into annuity delivery models
• Establishing unified governance, KPIs, and delivery standards across all cyber competencies

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities

• Breaking siloed delivery across competencies into a unified operating model
• Scaling delivery capacity without linear headcount growth
• Improving margin in mixed consulting + managed services engagements
• Managing complexity of multi-domain, multi-region delivery programs
• Aligning solution design with delivery feasibility and scalability

Education & Experience

• 15+ years in cybersecurity, with demonstrated leadership across multi-domain delivery
• Proven experience managing large-scale delivery portfolios (>100 FTE / multi-million USD)

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Experience in global delivery (GDS or equivalent) and client-facing leadership
• Strong track record in managing complex transformation + managed services programs
