London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate in Data Analytics for Internal Communications. You will deliver insight-led reporting across digital channels, owning end-to-end analytics and standardising data models.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in analytics, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and experience across Viva Engage, SharePoint, and Poppulo. This role focuses on measurable, data-driven storytelling for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or internal comms analytics across digital channels.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets across platforms (Viva Engage, SharePoint, Poppulo, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manually collect, consolidate, and validate data from IC platforms (Viva Engage, Poppulo, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Clean, transform, and structure raw datasets for analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards (Excel / Power BI) to track channel engagement and reach.
• Identify data inconsistencies and implement quality checks for accuracy.
• Develop standardised reporting templates and data models across IC channels.
• Own end-to-end analytics across IC channels: sourcing, transformation, validation, analysis, reporting.
• Design interactive dashboards and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights.
• Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready reports for leadership.
