Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA required or in progress; CMA or MBA are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and review junior associates' work.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure service quality.
• Mentor junior staff and develop technical expertise.
• Progress toward operational leadership and potential promotion to Operations Manager.
