Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required or in progress.
• Experience (SA1): 3–5 years in audit/tax/assurance.
• Experience (SA2): 5–7 years leading engagements and supervising teams.
• Technical proficiency in IFRS, PFRS, and Philippine tax standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading client engagements, reviewing the work of Junior Associates, and ensuring service quality in audit and tax compliance.
• Playing a key role in technical expertise, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining client relationships.
