Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• CPA required; CMA, CFA, or MBA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial statement preparation and analysis, ensuring compliance with IFRS, PFRS, and tax regulations.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, identifying inconsistencies and providing recommendations.
• Supervise payroll processing, AP, and AR reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Set up client accounting systems including chart of accounts and pro-forma entries.
• Provide financial advisory and business consulting across engagements.
• Mentor junior staff and lead training sessions on financial analysis and compliance.
• Manage client relationships and support business development efforts.
