Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting/finance degrees or higher required.
• Experience in AR/C&A processes and cash application preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate client experience is a plus.
• Professional certifications (CAMS, CFE, CFI) add value.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls and handle invoicing via email/fax.
• Understand cash allocation and remittance validation.
• Perform cash application and match payments to invoices.
• Collaborate across AR entities and monitor aged receivables.
• Act as SME for AR value chain and SOP updates.
• Resolve disputes and coordinate with departments for resolution.
• Reconcile orders with customer books and process credits/debits.
