Job summary

Genpact Philippines is seeking a Front Line Manager for F&A I2C to lead a dynamic team handling invoicing, cash applications, and collections. The role drives KPI performance, ensures accurate reporting, and supports continuous process improvements in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has strong accounting foundations, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and demonstrated leadership in a finance operation setting. Rotating shifts and on-site work in Manila are common

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Masters degree in finance is advantageous.
• ACCA certification and ERP experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of I2C analysts or associates.
• Monitor daily activities including billing, cash applications and collections.
• Manage dispute resolution and onboarding of new staff.
• Track KPIs such as DSO and aging reports; escalate risks.
• Prepare regular collections and cash-flow reports with insights.
• Identify automation opportunities and support audits.
