Job summary

The Bistro Group in Makati is seeking a Head Baker for Italianni’s to oversee the bakery's breads, pastries, and related items, ensuring authentic Italian-inspired products and consistent taste, texture, freshness, and presentation across all baked goods.

You will lead bakery operations, develop standardized recipes, train the bakery team, and uphold food safety and cost-control measures within a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bakery operations in a restaurant/food service setting.
• Ability to develop standardized recipes and maintain consistent quality.
• Experience training and managing a bakery team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and cost-control measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bakery operations for Italianni’s at The Bistro Group.
• Lead daily bakery production to ensure breads, pastries, and related items meet authentic Italian-inspired standards.
• Develop and standardize recipes and production procedures.
• Train and supervise bakery staff; ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
