Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design, documentation, and QA/QC.
• Experience reviewing architectural drawings for technical accuracy.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing workflows.
• Understanding of operational planning, resource allocation, and recruitment needs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Australian or international projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the QA/QC of architectural drawings, designs, and project deliverables before client submission.
• Establish and improve QA/QC standards, review processes, checklists, and documentation workflows.
• Identify recurring errors, resolve workflow bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Manage team performance, workload distribution, productivity, and professional development.
• Support recruitment, staffing decisions, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Work with management to align operational priorities, team capacity, and business objectives.
• Monitor quality and operational performance, recommend improvements, and ensure accountability across the team.
