Job summary

Support Studios in Mandaluyong is seeking an experienced QA/QC Lead to unify architectural quality control, team management, and operational planning. You will review designs, enhance workflows, and align capacity with business needs, while supporting hiring decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in architectural design and QA/QC, strong people leadership, and familiarity with international outsourcing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in architectural design, QA/QC, or technical leadership.
Proven ability to manage people, processes, and performance.
Strong understanding of architectural drawing reviews and QA.
Experience with operational planning.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to Australian projects or international outsourcing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee QA/QC reviews of architectural drawings, designs, and deliverables.
Develop and improve quality standards, review workflows, and documentation procedures.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce rework.
Manage team performance, workload distribution, and development.
Support recruitment, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Assess operational needs with management and recommend improvements to team structure and processes.
Monitor quality and performance to support business objectives.
