Responsibilities

• Monitor the actual implementation of architectural works and ensure conformity with approved plans, drawings, specifications, and design standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality, dimensions, finishes, materials, and workmanship of architectural works.
• Identify discrepancies, defects, deviations, and potential design or construction issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure that architectural details and design intent are properly interpreted and implemented on site.
• Review actual site conditions and determine their impact on architectural works and construction activities.
• Monitor the progress of architectural works against the approved construction schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve architectural concerns.
• Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on architectural works, issues, and required actions.
• Monitor contractor compliance with approved plans, specifications, materials, and agreed construction methodologies.
