Job summary

Anypear is seeking a highly detail‑oriented Revit Architect to support an Australian based Architecture Firm working on commercial, modular and mining projects. The role focuses on coordination, documentation, and technical detailing rather than conceptual design.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high documentation standards across large projects, develop Revit libraries and templates, and collaborate with consultants for integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 4+ years experience as an Architect with proficiency in Revit.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Revit skills with excellent modelling hygiene and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical specifications.
• Develop firm’s Revit Library and Revit Templates.
• Experience with ACC (Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate Pro) is highly helpful.
• Familiarity with modular buildings advantageous.
• Coordinate with consultants and steel detailers to ensure documentation quality.
• Maintain CAD and documentation standards across large project teams.

We’re seeking a highly detail‑orientedRevit Architectwith strong technical capability and a passion for precision, coordination, and documentation to help our client’s Australian based Architecture Firm (Commercial, Modular & Mining).

This Technical Architect role suits someone who is calm, meticulous, and methodical rather than focusing on conceptual design work. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary consultant teams and play a key role in maintaining high documentation standards across large project environments.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Revit skills with excellent modelling hygiene and attention to detail.


• Collaborate with design teams to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical specifications.


• Develop firm’s Revit Library and Revit Templates.


• Previous experience usingACC(Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate Pro) very helpful.


• Familiarity with modular buildings advantageous.


• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, comfortable collaborating with consultants and workshopping technical solutions.


• Knowledge of light‑gauge and mild steel construction and how to coordinate effectively with steel detailers very helpful.


• Ability to maintain accuracy, avoid small errors, and uphold CAD and documentation standards across large project teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.


• 4+ years experience as an Architect (designing and drafting) with strong proficiency in Revit.


• Self motivated with strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.


• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Access to high speed internet and your own laptop.

Nice to have

• Previous experience usingACC(Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate Pro).


• Australian project experience, especially related to AS1428.1, NCC Section J, and common Australian building products.
