About the Job

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project In-charge/ Project Coordinator located in Metro Manila/NCR.

The Project In-charge/ Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating architectural and design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, standards, and project specifications.

Qualifications

• A Professional degree in Architecture (Registered Licensed Architect)


• Minimum of 3 years of comprehensive experience in architecture, with diverse project exposure and experience working at construction


• Proven experience in project coordination


• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently


• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other 3D rendering software; familiarity with Revit is a plus


• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project etc.)


• Proficiency in English is required
