As we expand our work in spatial and architectural projects, we are looking for a dedicated Architecture/Places Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of architectural and interior design projects.

This role will oversee architectural timelines, manage consultants and suppliers, and serve as a key point of contact between clients and our in-house architecture and production teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in managing end-to-end build and design projects in a collaborative creative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion while managing scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project milestones with client and internal objectives.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, site activities, and procurement milestones to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
  • Conduct regular design and site meetings, issuing updates and ensuring documentation of project status.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and updates to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
  • Identify project risks or blockers early and propose actionable solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as briefs, project timelines, meeting notes, reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Support quality assurance and design intent across all phases of the project.
  • Foster relationships with external vendors, contractors, and partners as needed for project execution.
  • Brainstorm project ideas and assist in reviewing project proposals.
  • Ensure projects follow company’s internal processes and align with quality standards and contractual obligations, and industry regulations.
Key Expectations
  • Be punctual at all times, especially during deliveries, meetings, or appointments with clients.
  • Maintain excellent service by understanding client needs and responding promptly in all communications.
  • Provide continuous value by thinking holistically, putting yourself in the client’s perspective, and delivering necessary solutions.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and take on new challenges that expand your knowledge and skill set.
  • Present yourself with confidence when interacting with any of the company’s stakeholders.
  • Follow and respect all company rules, guidelines, and policies, and strictly abide by the Employee Handbook.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant project management experience in architecture or interior design projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, with a strong grasp of both creative timelines and client expectations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to lead meetings, manage expectations, and build team rapport.
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar project management platforms.
  • A strong appreciation for design, branding, and creative processes is a plus.
