Job summary

RTX Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable support specialist to maintain accurate payment statuses and customer documentation. You will manage statements, invoices, and customer inquiries in SAP and JDE environments, ensuring timely follow-ups and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 1 year experience; fresh graduates may apply with basic AR knowledge.
• Accurately input data with precision and detect errors quickly.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems such as SAP, JDE World/E1.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global collections team to document customer payment status.
• Record customer feedback from statements and portals in SAP/JDE systems.
• Track feedback to enable follow-up with non-responsive customers.
• Ensure customer contact information is up-to-date for automated statements.
• Provide invoice copies and documentation to customers on request.
• Update invoice status to reflect resolved issues and payment promises.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and address payment inquiries.
