Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Batangas, Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the order-to-cash process and ensure accurate invoicing and collections. You will work onsite at First Philippine Industrial Park and collaborate with the global collections team to monitor payment status.

The role requires attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong communication to resolve payment issues. Experience with SAP or JDE is a plus; fresh grads with AR knowledge are welcome.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 1 year experience; fresh graduates can apply with basic knowledge in Accounts Receivable.
• Demonstrates ability to accurately input data with precision and efficiency and to notice and correct errors in entered data
• Manages time effectively to meet deadlines
• Displays strong oral and written communication skills
• Has experience with manufacturing ERP systems such as SAP, JDE World/E1.

Responsibilities

• Document customer payment status with global collections team in ERP systems.
• Document customer feedback from statements in ERP systems including SAP.
• Track customer feedback to enable follow-up with non-responsive customers.
• Ensure contact information for customers is up-to-date for automated delivery of statements.
• Provide invoice copies and other documentation to customers as requested.
• Update status of invoices to reflect resolved issues and broken payment promises.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned customers by addressing inquiries or concerns related to payments.
