The Bidding & Technical Lead will act as the senior technical authority across the full project lifecycle, directly managing three functional managers and coordinating with Riyadh leadership to ensure bid quality, technical accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering; advanced degree is a plus.
• 12–15 years of relevant engineering experience, with at least 7 years on pools, spas or aquatic projects.
• Technical depth across hydraulic design, filtration, water treatment, equipment selection, BIM coordination for aquatic projects.
• Strong hands-on lifecycle experience: bidding, estimation, design and BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop three functional Managers (Bidding, Technical, BIM) and drive performance across the Philippines back-office.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-award bidding through post-award BIM delivery with alignment to bid assumptions.
• Ensure technical quality, ISO 19650 compliance and coordination with Riyadh leadership and clients.
