Job summary

Tasq Work in Taguig, Philippines is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer/DevOps specialist to join our scaling platforms team. You will identify and solve issues across complex systems, driving reliability through proactive improvements.

You will act as a bridge between operations and development, perform root-cause analyses, design automation, and contribute to incident response and postmortems to reduce customer impact.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in SRE/DevOps or related engineering roles.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and automation.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms.
• Experience with AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve issues across multiple components of critical systems.
• Lead root-cause analysis spanning configuration, bugs, and infrastructure.
• Design automation and monitoring to prevent outages.
• Bridge between customer support and engineering teams.
• Support incident response and contribute to postmortems.
• Develop tools, playbooks, and dashboards for supportability.
• Engage with key customers to review workloads and reliability.
