Job summary

Amadeus seeks a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of critical platforms. You will drive service reliability, production incident response, and operational improvements, collaborating closely with various teams. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in Azure technologies and has proven problem-solving abilities.

This hybrid position requires in-office presence 2-3 days a week in Metro Manila, Taguig, and emphasizes a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in utilizing different Azure resources.
• Strong technical expertise on Azure DevOps and GitOps.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana and Splunk.
• Proficient in C# and developing Azure PowerShell scripts.

Responsibilities

• Define and track Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Objectives (SLOs).
• Collaborate with Operations and Development teams to ensure service reliability.
• Drive production incident response and lead root-cause analysis.
• Design operational improvements with development teams.
