Job summary

TASQ is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to drive deep root cause analysis, improve reliability, and bridge customer impact with engineering. You will design automation, improve monitoring, and define customer-focused SLOs across complex enterprise platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and improve serviceability, leveraging AI/ML insights where appropriate.

Qualifications

4–8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
Experience supporting enterprise platforms.
Hands-on with cloud-native technologies and automation.
Experience with AI/ML capabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide deep root cause analysis across configurations, product bugs, and underlying infrastructure.
Identify systemic reliability weaknesses from patterns in incidents and support cases.
Design and implement solutions, automation, or monitoring to prevent future occurrences.
Bridge gaps between customer-facing support and core engineering teams.
Develop tools, playbooks, and dashboards to improve supportability and diagnostics.
Contribute to defining customer-centric SLOs and incident postmortems.
