Lenovo PCCW Solutions is seeking an Application Observability Engineer to implement Cisco APM and related observability tools across enterprise applications. You will monitor performance, configure dashboards, and collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, analyzing RUM data, tuning alerts, and creating knowledge materials for clients. Strong full-stack monitoring, container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and cloud basics are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Cisco APM, Dynatrace, Datadog or equivalent in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in full-stack monitoring and observability (logs, metrics, real-time dashboards).
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), VMs, serverless, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) including networking, compute, storage, and security.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor critical applications using Cisco APM and other observability tools to ensure performance and availability.
• Instrument and configure RUM agents for web and mobile apps.
• Analyze RUM data with queries/BI tools to uncover insights and improvements.
• Develop queries/metrics to enhance visibility in customer environments.
• Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, KPIs, and performance trend reports.
• Support and maintain health of monitoring platforms including patching and upgrades.
• Create knowledge base articles and training materials for clients and internal teams.
• Provide technical training to clients and mentoring to team members on performance monitoring.
