Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years AP or related Accounting experience.
• Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process manual wire entries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with daily transfers to the General Ledger (GL) and variance reporting.
• Prepare and resolve AP control reports (aging, duplicates, hold reports).
• Prepare Daily Assignments and business day reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing tasks including reconciliations.
• Collaborate with AP leaders during audits and retrieve source documents as needed.
• Communicate with other departments and external vendors to resolve invoice issues promptly.
