Quanta Philippines ROHQ, based in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a meticulous Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable professional to manage end-to-end processes in a busy finance team. You will handle invoices, billing, and project closeout tasks while coordinating with stakeholders to meet deadlines.

The role requires a degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–3 years’ relevant experience, with strong communication skills and GST/BAS familiarity for Australian financial practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an Accounts Officer within a capital infrastructure business.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Accounts Payable processes including timely and accurate data entry of invoices.
• Matching purchase orders to invoices and communicating variances with stakeholders.
• Process staff Expense Claims.
• Reconciling credit card receipts to statements and entering in ERP.
• Processing weekly corporate traveler transactions.
• Monitor workflow review/approval to ensure timely payments.
• Manage Creditor setup and monthly creditor reconciliations.
• Dealing with general inbox inquiries and day-to-day AP/AR tasks.
• Assist Junior Accountant with monthly and milestone billing.
• Liaise with stakeholders for approval and manage Debtor setup in ERP.
• Manage Sales PO balances and reporting.
