Job summary

Reap is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own end-to-end data domains, from source to dashboards, within a distributed, async-friendly environment. You’ll build scalable insights for pricing, profitability, and revenue strategies.

You’ll work with Snowflake, Metabase, and dbt, collaborating closely with business teams to deliver permanent answers to recurring questions and ensure data quality across the semantic layer.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics engineering or analytics roles with end-to-end ownership.
• Expert SQL with dimensional modeling and semantic/metrics layers.
• Strong stakeholder partner capable with commercial, finance, or risk teams.
• Experience with Snowflake and Metabase.
• Proven revenue or opportunity insights from analyses that influenced strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own domains end to end from data to dashboards.
• Deliver value-added analyses for pricing and forecasting.
• Identify revenue opportunities and growth levers.
• Partner with business teams as embedded decision support.
• Turn recurring questions into permanent answers.
• Design and maintain semantic layer definitions for the domain.
• Build and own Metabase dashboards with trusted numbers.
• Provide enablement docs and weekly office hours.
