Job summary

Maya is building an all-in-one money platform in the Philippines, seeking an Analytics Engineer to design and maintain data products, feature stores, and pipelines. You will develop data marts and collaborate with data scientists to enable robust reporting and ML-driven insights.

You will work with data governance and engineering teams to ensure data quality, SLA adherence, and scalable deployment of data solutions. A strong focus on reusable software packages and clear documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, Math, Physics).
• 5+ years building, maintaining ETL pipelines.
• At least 1 year managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain data products, feature stores and pipelines.
• Develop data marts to support reporting and decision making.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to design datasets for models.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and microservices to speed deployments.
• Provide guidance on code and architecture for data pipelines.
