Job summary

Maya, a leading all-in-one money platform in the Philippines, is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to design, build, and monitor data products and pipelines. You will collaborate with Data Scientists to craft datasets, develop feature stores, and ensure data quality across production systems.

You will lead design reviews, set team standards, and mentor junior engineers while championing scalable, well-documented data architectures and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (CS, Math, Physics, etc.).
• 4+ years building and maintaining production ETL/ELT pipelines, incl. 1+ year in leadership or mentoring.
• 4+ years managing stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using dbt for production data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to design datasets for models.
• Design and maintain feature stores and pipelines for training and real-time inference.
• Implement data quality checks and ensure data source SLA compliance.
• Build CI/CD pipelines to deploy data pipelines and preempt issues.
• Provide guidance on code/architecture and perform reviews.
