Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Specialist, Service Excellence, Analytics & Automation to drive performance measurement, reporting, and digital enablement across LXSS. You will build dashboards, automate workflows, and translate operational needs into AI-enabled solutions while maintaining governance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in service excellence, analytics, automation, and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on with Power BI dashboards, datasets, and reporting outputs.
• Experience automating workflows using Power Automate or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reporting infrastructure, datasets, and data repositories for LXSS performance.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards supporting metrics and leadership reports.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data for monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Apply AI-enabled solutions and ensure data quality, governance, and privacy compliance.
