Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an IAM Senior Analyst to secure digital access. You will manage Okta services, enable SSO and MFA, and drive lifecycle management across enterprise apps. Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams in a hybrid setup at the Cubao office.

You will configure integrations with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM, handle user provisioning, and resolve identity incidents. A focus on least-privilege, documentation, and governance will guide daily work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years IAM operations experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Okta or similar IAM platforms.
• Understanding of authentication and federation technologies (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
• Experience integrating Okta with Azure AD or Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and least-privilege security concepts.

Responsibilities

Are you passionate about cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and Identity & Access Management (IAM)? Join our team as an IAM Senior Analyst and help build secure, seamless access experiences for thousands of users across enterprise systems.

In this role, you'll work with industry-leading technologies such as Okta, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and Identity Lifecycle Management, while collaborating with security and infrastructure teams to strengthen the organization's security posture.

What You'll Do

• Administer and support Okta services including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory
• Configure and maintain application integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests across enterprise applications
• Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents and service requests within agreed service levels
• Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes through Okta Workflows and automation
• Collaborate with security teams to implement access controls and least-privilege principles
• Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures
• Participate in compliance, audit, and governance activities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations
• Hands-on experience administering Okta or similar IAM platforms
• Understanding of authentication and federation technologies:
• SAML 2.0

• OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Experience integrating Okta with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
