Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an FP&A Expert for Care Delivery North America operating from the Philippines with a hybrid schedule. You will oversee complex FP&A activities, deliver reporting packs, dashboards, and variance analyses, and drive performance improvements while coaching junior staff.

The role requires strong Excel modeling, SAP S4 Hana, BI tools, and experience with international standards. graveyard shift (PH time) is expected per business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration (required).
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA) strongly preferred.
• Specialized courses in financial analysis or data analytics are an advantage.
• Exceptional communicator, able to simplify complex analyses for senior leaders.
• Influential in shaping strategic decisions and collaborating across FP&A and finance.

Responsibilities

• Functional knowledge of FP&A with ability to deliver value-add planning, reporting, insights and analysis across performance and profitability trends.
• Expert in Excel-based modeling, automation, visualization; strong SAP S4 Hana, BI, Anaplan, Hyperion knowledge.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in CD North America and coach junior colleagues.
