Citi is seeking a Senior Analyst for Reporting Insights and GenAI in Gurugram. The role focuses on data collection, analysis, and automation to support Banking Operations & Analytics within the COO function. The candidate will design MIS, dashboards and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Reporting & Automation and GenAI
• Proficiency in BI tools and data visualization platforms
• Experience building automated analytics solutions and dashboards
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality practices

Responsibilities

• Data collection from various sources, cleaning and analysis to identify trends
• Designing and maintaining MIS and reports for stakeholders
• Developing automated solutions to streamline manual tasks
• Creating interactive dashboards with Tableau, Power BI or Python
• Leading AI/GenAI initiatives and integrating LLMs/NLP into analytics workflows
• Communicating findings to management and stakeholders
• Maintaining reporting systems and ensuring data quality and security
