Qualifications

• 5-8 years of data science experience with Gen AI exposure.
• Proven track record shipping AI-enabled products.
• Experience with unstructured data and RAG is desirable.
• Masters degree preferred in CS Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to translate problems into capabilities.
• Apply GenAI techniques (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning).
• Ensure risk controls and governance in model deployments.
