Job summary

Citi is seeking an experienced Analytics professional to design and deploy AI/ML solutions, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. You will work with large datasets, build end-to-end AI systems, and translate analyses into actionable business insights reported to the AVP/VP leading the team.

Requirements include 4–6 years in AI/ML, strong Python and SQL skills, and a quantitative degree.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on AI/ML or data science experience.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Strong prompt engineering and LLM evaluation/testing knowledge.
• Proficient in Python and core AI/ML libraries; experienced with SQL for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions with LLMs and RAG.
• Apply Agentic AI concepts to create autonomous intelligent systems.
• Utilize machine learning techniques (e.g., Gradient Boosting, XGBoost) to derive insights.
• Lead prompt engineering efforts and establish testing frameworks for LLM apps.
• Prepare data from large datasets for traditional modeling and LLM tasks.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
