Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Global Costing team with a focus on standard costing and manufacturing cost analysis.

You will execute the quarterly costing cycle, maintain costing data in SAP and Impact3C, and deliver insights on COGS, inventory valuation, and cost variances. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to drive cost improvements, automation, and SOX-compliant processes, contributing to cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, or FP&A.
• Strong experience in:
• Standard Costing
• Manufacturing Cost Analysis
• COGS Reporting
• Cost Variance Analysis
• Experience with SAP, Impact3C, or similar ERP/manufacturing costing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• CPA/CMA, Power BI, SQL, VBA, Python, or automation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform product costing, profitability, and cost reduction analysis.

Position Summary

The Senior Finance Analyst will support the Global Costing team, with a primary focus on standardcostingand manufacturing cost analysis. The roleis responsible forexecuting the quarterly standard costing cycle,maintainingcosting data in SAP and Impact3C, and providing insights on COGS, inventory valuation, cost variances, profitability, and cost reduction initiatives.
