Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a Senior Analyst - Customer Support (Datascope) to assist with navigation, data search, and data quality while supporting portfolio analysis and maintenance for Equity/Commodity managers and researchers.

The role requires resolving client questions, escalating to Content or Technical Support when needed, and collaborating across Refinitiv departments to ensure high-quality service and timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Interpret and analyze equity market requirements; provide resolutions and workarounds.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing client queries and maintaining data quality.
• Experience with portfolios and portfolio analysis/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist equity/commodity managers and researchers with navigation of LSEG products.
• Identify data errors and escalate to Content or Technical Support.
• Log problems in the CRM and follow through to resolution.
• Collaborate with Content, Entitlements, Feed Support, Sales, and Training teams.
