Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Manila seeks a Content Analyst to manage BAU operations, resolve client queries, and support high-impact projects in Commodities pricing. You will implement operational improvements, collaborate with managers and seniors, and ensure robust change control and data quality.

The role emphasizes incident support, testing and migrations affecting production, and close alignment with Business Analysts and Product Managers to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Proficiency with NDA, DSS suite, and basic SQL.
• Solid grasp of Excel and other MS Office products.
• Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and awareness of Commodities and Energy markets.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth management of the BAU activities without any errors.
• Support high-impact projects for Commodities pricing.
• Collaborate with team manager and Seniors to implement operational improvements such as MOW and customer engagement strategies.
• Provide support during incidents, data recovery efforts, and service desk operations, including handling Service Cloud cases and client communications.
• Coordinate testing, migrations, and upgrades affecting production environments, ensuring all change plans are approved and driven reliably.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and multi-functional teams to align on business goals and results.
• Resolve simple client queries efficiently while Drive initiatives passionate about process simplification and innovation.
• Implement specific projects as assigned by the manager, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Implement change control procedures, data operations standards, and compliance with current data policies.
• Partner with team leaders and senior staff to identify and close skill gaps within the team.
