Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, processing, operations, contract administration, dealer/partner operations or and project management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, and experience managing data in enterprise and database systems
• Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills for working across teams and levels
• Proven ability to translate operational knowledge into clear, structured business and technical requirements
• Ability to guide teams across multiple tasks and deliver results on aggressive timelines

Responsibilities

• Collaborating and partnering with stakeholders to process dealer contractual change requests
• Managing contractual changes and documentation for dealerships in accordance with State Franchise laws and Dealer Sales and Service agreement
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather necessary documents, inputting information into relevant systems
• Partnering with subject matter experts, such as GM Legal and the Market Analysis Team to finalize proposals
• Providing guidance on company policies (such as GM Dealer Contractual Group (DCG) policies and procedures)
• Completing Dealer activations and updating Dealer information in appropriate GM systems
• Preparing contracts, updating dealer information systems, processing requests, conducting financial analysis, and completing necessary paperwork
• Communicating with internal and external parties and participating in process improvements
